License Transfer from Nova Scotia

If you wish to become licensed in another Canadian Province, please download Consent for Letter of Good Standing document and send it the Board Executive Manager to share information with your requested licensing body. This form can be submitted to our office by mail, e-mail, or fax.
 
If you are wishing to become licensed in Nova Scotia, and have been previously or are currently licensed in another Canadian province, please see our standard Letter of Good Standing form. This form must be sent to our office by mail, email, or fax directly from the licensing body where you are currently licensed or were previously licensed.
 
The Nova Scotia Board of Registration will confirm receipt of your inquiry/documentation and provide follow up correspondence within 5 business days.
